Polished Bookkeeping Pty Ltd strives to be at the forefront of bookkeeping and payroll needs for all business types. Whether you are in North Sydney, Sydney CBD or the Illawarra or almost anywhere in NSW, we recognise that every business runs differently, requires adjustable processes and systems to ensure clear and concise record keeping as well as efficient organisation of administrative duties.

   By taking administrative tasks off primary personnel, you have more time to focus on growing your business. Your focus can return to being hands on with your own services and interactions with clients – such activities that are the building blocks to expand your clientele. In addition, using
Polished Bookkeeping Pty Ltd, you are not paying an individual salary (including PayG, leave accruals and other employer obligations) and instead only paying for the services you need as you need them, inclusive of a GST portion attributed at BAS time.

At Polished Bookkeeping Pty Ltd we are a Xero, MYOB and Quickbooks Online reseller, but are also able to work with whatever software/system you choose.

The Polished Bookkeeping Pty Ltd team is the strong foundation of the company. Working autonomously or together, each of our coworkers has the same passion to fulfil tasks correctly and accurately as well as expand our ever evolving knowledge base.
 
While we trust our ability to screen candidates from personnally vetting in inperson interviews, we at Polished Bookkeeping Pty Ltd take our clients confidentiality and security into the highest consideration when expanding our team thus are extensive in our hiring process. To join Polished Bookkeeping Pty Ltd, all staff provide:
- A National Police Check
- A copy of their drivers license
- Have their referee’s contacted
- Sign confidentiality and strict employee standards contract. We have zero tolerance for unsavoury activity and have never had an incedent.
 
Additionally, we utiise Google Apps, which assists our work three fold:
 
- Polished Bookkeeping Pty Ltd team can pull off of each others experiences with efficient utilisation of the email and Hangouts chat interface. We can also easily search any communication between employee and client expediately.
 
- If you have a gmail email address, you can communicate with Polished Bookkeeping Pty Ltd through the Hangouts chat facility as needed!
 
- Polished Bookkeeping Pty Ltd can create a shared folders and files which update in real time, between select employee's of not only our organisation and yourselves, but including accountants or otherwise affiliate individuals. Such processes record history of changes and additions for high levels of security and tracking.
 
Google Apps and Google Drive training is offered onsite, complete with instruction sheets, for business owners and staff. This facility alone may expedite a number of your activities outside your bookkeeping tasks. As always however, we only use the systems that work for YOU specifically, so if you have another system, we are ready to jump on board.

Founding Polished Bookkeeping on the desire to provide efficient, accurate and confidential bookkeeping services, Kimberly has supported clients from all walks of life and all industries. With over 8 years experience in the industry, she has acquired her Certificate IV in Bookkeeping, Xero Certification, become a MYOB Partner, QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor and a Registered BAS Agent. While ensuring service standards are kept at the highest of levels, she relishes challenges as well as opportunities to mould supportive processes for clients.
 
 Rikki
 

 Soon after the founding of Polished Bookkeeping, Rikki joined the team and has fulfilled her role with exquisite class. While assisting organisations in multiple fields utilising MYOB, Rikki obtained her Certificate IV in Bookkeeping and soon following completed Xero Certification as well as becoming a QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor. Today she thrives on expanding her already vast understanding of various industries and works patiently with an astute mindset.
 
Jenny 
 
 
With over 15 years of experience, Jenny brings a wealth of knowledge to Polished Bookkeeping. Qualified up to the level of an Accountant, she has worked with credit agencies, medical centres, construction and a variety of other organisations. A master with MYOB in all it's versions, Jenny has also worked with several other softwares. With a keen eye for efficiency and improving system processes, she is a valuable member of the Polished team.
